Where do you ship from?
We ship all our products from Springville, Utah, where we produce and assemble all of our products.
How long will it take to receive my package?
All packages are delivered using the United States Postal Service. Packages under 14 ounces are shipped First Class Mail (2-3 days). Packages over 14 ounces are generally shipped Priority Mail (2 days). Since we don't have personal control over your package once it is shipped, we make no guarantees of arrival date even when we provide the estimated shipping time provided by USPS. We can guarantee, however, that your order is shipped within 24 hours of purchase.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
If your order is time sensitive, feel free to contact us and we will ship as soon as possible. We do offer expedited shipping for an additional fee and upon request. Prices for expedited shipping vary per item.
What is your return policy?
We do not currently accept returns except for damaged goods or incorrect orders.
What do I do if there is a problem with my order?
Customers rarely encounter problems with their orders, however, we are committed to making sure that you have a good shopping experience. If your order is either wrong or damaged, please contact us or email us at email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your shipment. We will do our best to remedy any mistake according to the situation.
Are your designs copyrighted?
Yes. All our designs are original creations and are copyright of Alexis Mattox Design. Please do not use any image for personal or commercial use without permission from Alexis Mattox Design. If you would like to use our images or products in your blog or other social media we would be happy to oblige as long as permission is granted before they are used and appropriate credit is given.
How much does custom work cost?
Prices vary according to intricacy of design and the time required to produce the design. There will also be a design/set-up fee for custom pieces. We are happy to provide you with design services even if you do not use our services to produce the product. Contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
How long will it take to get my custom order?
You should plan for it to take 2 weeks to receive your custom order after you have approved your design. If you need to receive your order within two weeks of payment, you will be charged a rush fee which is 20% of your order total. Please contact a representative at Alexis Mattox Design to learn how quickly your custom work can be created.
Will you laser cut my design?
We are glad to laser cut your own design as long as you own the rights to that artwork. Please provide your file in Adobe Illustrator. Lines you want cut should be vector lines and parts you want engraved should be raster. All text must be outlined. If you have a design, but it is not in a laser-ready format we will be happy to do it for you for a small fee. Contact Alexis Mattox Design with your specific project for a price quote.

We can cut a variety of materials. If you have a question about a specific material, feel free to contact us.
How long is my price quote valid for?
After a price quote is given, it is valid for 2 weeks only. Prices for design and laser cutting services are subject to change without notice.
Who maintains the rights to custom designs?
Alexis Mattox Design maintains all rights to custom designs produced. If you require the rights to your design, an additional fee will apply.
